“I absolutely loved my time at Kelly's Spa. Patty, who welcomed me, was incredibly sweet and frequently checked on my comfort level. The massage I received from Cynthia was fantastic; although she could have had shorter nails for certain pressure points, she was great at ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I particularly enjoyed the aromatic essential oils used during the session, and sampling the Palla skincare products in my locker inspired me to wish there was a way to purchase them easily online.” view full review

The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa is a fascinating historical hotel with stunning architecture that captivated me. but the overall hotel experience left much to be desired. While the unique room designs and beautiful grounds are commendable, the outdated interiors and mediocre service hindered my enjoyment. Although I appreciated the vibrant atmosphere during the Festival of Lights, the inconveniences, such as noise disturbances and additional charges, detracted from the charm of my stay.

The unique architecture and beautiful courtyards really provided a picturesque backdrop.
